What happens next

Accounts can only be deleted when their balance is zero. Please transfer all funds out before submitting your request. We’ll reply within 48 hours and confirm your request after verification; deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we delete: we remove your name, phone number and all bank information. Bag content data is unlinked from your account.
